Job Responsibilities
As a Travel Process Trainer, your key responsibilities include:
- Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) for the travel process.
- Deliver refresher sessions and floor briefings whenever required.
- Manage end-to-end New Hire Training (NHT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT).
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to trainees.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements to training materials.
- Prepare and share training reports with internal teams.
- Identify Training Needs (TNI) and update training plans accordingly.
- Ensure trainees meet quality and performance expectations.
- Work closely with stakeholders and clients for effective training delivery.
- Create an engaging and positive learning environment.
Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Travel industry experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus or Sabre GDS (any one is required).
