As a Fraud & Claims Operations Representative, you will help customers by investigating fraud claims, preventing fraudulent activities, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while following company policies and compliance standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
Candidates selected for this role will be responsible for:
- Support fraud and claims operations while improving customer experience.
- Verify customer identity through effective authentication procedures.
