About the Role
As a US BRS – Associate Analyst, you will support EY’s Independence and Risk Management team by ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves working closely with audit engagement teams, identifying potential risks, and helping maintain EY’s independence standards.
You will also be part of EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), a rapidly growing business unit that supports global clients through innovative technologies, process automation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand EY’s business structure, compliance policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide transactional support for US Independence and Risk Management activities.
- Coordinate with US engagement teams to complete compliance-related requests.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and support cross-functional teams.
- Work with multiple databases and internal systems to process requests accurately.
- Deliver high-quality work within defined timelines.
- Suggest process improvements and support team initiatives.
- Prioritize daily tasks and regularly update the team on progress.
- Maintain strong client service and professional communication.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
