About the Role
NatWest is hiring Dynamics 365 Platform Support Professionals to help manage and maintain critical technology platforms. In this role, you will support production management, application support, infrastructure operations, and platform stability while working closely with development and business teams.
This position provides excellent exposure to modern technologies, Agile practices, and continuous improvement initiatives in a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production management and platform support activities.
- Assist with application deployment and environment management.
- Monitor platform performance and ensure production readiness.
- Collaborate with development teams during feature planning and release cycles.
- Identify potential production risks before deployment.
- Analyze recurring incidents and recommend service improvements.
- Contribute to platform automation, stability, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Work closely with stakeholders to maintain high platform availability and performance.
Required Skills
Candidates should have:
- Knowledge of production support processes and operational best practices.
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD).
- Experience with industry-standard tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
