About the Role
The Analyst, Lock Desk is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Secondary department. The role involves reviewing pricing information, processing lock requests, handling loan-related updates, and ensuring pricing accuracy. The candidate will also assist in resolving operational issues and maintaining smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Review daily pricing and rate sheets for accuracy.
- Verify and process lock requests.
- Handle lock extensions, re-locks, updates, and renegotiations.
- Maintain and update pricing-related information.
- Support pricing inquiries and investor guideline requests.
- Assist with mandatory trade data preparation and execution.
- Investigate and resolve pricing or rate lock mismatches.
- Research pricing requests and update the system accordingly.
- Maintain regular attendance and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
