Job Description
As a Process Executive – Policy Servicing, you will support property and casualty insurance operations by processing policy-related requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office while working in a collaborative onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process insurance policy servicing requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy modifications.
- Review customer instructions and update policy information in internal systems.
- Maintain accurate policy records using Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and policy-related documentation.
- Perform data validation to minimize processing errors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve policy-related queries.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Document transactions clearly for future reference and audits.
- Support reporting activities and operational performance tracking.
