Job Role
Grivaa Consultancy Services is hiring an Operations Manager to support daily business operations, project coordination, administration, and communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients. The selected candidate will also assist the Founder’s Office with scheduling, reporting, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office operations and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and external partners.
- Support the Founder’s Office with scheduling and project execution.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and track ongoing tasks.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and HR administration.
- Organize meetings and oversee logistics.
- Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Take ownership of operational, marketing, and financial coordination tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Full-time graduate or postgraduate qualification.
- MBA, BBA, Commerce, Technology, or equivalent educational background preferred.
- Knowledge of operations management and digital tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
